Great training session today. Ran up and down the steps with a family also in training for the Eureka Climb. Had my first swim of the season after training and Fletch even swam out to join me!
I've been training hard on the Royal Ave steps. Went up 16 times (probably equivalent of the Eureka tower)on Sunday. Hard to know who is more exhausted after the training sessions - me or Fletch!
